| Spring is Sprunging in San Diego |

I'm originally from the northeast (snowy New York and chilly Philadelphia) so I particularly appreciate the typically moderate weather in San Diego. I do miss the dramatic change of seasons however. This spring has been a bit more radical though, some normal cold days and then whammo, a few super warm sunny ones, then back to the normal seasonal chill in the evenings. I like it. I've spent time in San Francisco so compared to the fog and cold in the Bay area, San Diego is my preference.

| Finally Some Sun in San Diego |

It's been kind of a cool Summer so far and out of character for San Diego and its normally joyful expanse of bright sunshine almost all year round. But then something miraculous happened a couple of weeks ago. The sun began to shine and boy did it ever. Beautiful sunny weather. And so what do I do to celebrate? I go and break my foot while running.

Many of my friends are associated with history and archaeology, museums and libraries .. I really love history and local history for San Diego is something I've only recently begun exploring. My family history as it relates to area events and locations is being recorded in my genealogy journal.

This is a really new blog for me and my friends in San Diego. It's kind of late at night, and I'm not so in the mood to write very much at the moment. I'll post more later on. For now, I can suggest a website or two for San Diego links and more specifically one for local San Diego dentists info.
